Activities on the start page

If you are logged in and belong to at least one group, the start page shows the activities in all projects you have access to. This lets you see at a glance where something has happened without opening each project individually.

Active projects

A project appears here if something was changed or commented on in the last 14 days or if something is waiting to be done. For each project you see:

• Changed: the most recently changed artifacts with ID, title, person and time,
• new comments with author,
• badges for suspect links, open reviews and open change requests.

A click leads directly to the artifact or the project.

Archived and deleted projects

Below are your archived projects (read-only, can be reactivated via the project list) and the projects deleted in the last three months, so that it remains traceable when a project disappeared from the list.

Note: Personal notices, for example when you are mentioned in a comment or invited to a review, can be found under the bell in the menu bar (Notifications).
